Inside Nick Sirianni’s $3M New Jersey Home—And the High-Stakes Legal Battle That Almost Cost Him
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has made a name for himself on the field, leading the Eagles to four straight playoff appearances since taking over in 2021. But off the field, he faced an unexpected battle—this time in real estate.
In 2021, Sirianni and his wife, Brett, purchased an 8,828-square-foot luxury home in Haddonfield, New Jersey, for $2.3 million—a property that has since risen in value to $3 million. Newly built in 2020, the five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom estate sits on 0.4 acres and features high-end finishes, a chef’s kitchen, a cozy fireplace, a three-car garage, and a state-of-the-art water filtration and drainage system to protect against flooding.
The Legal Battle Over a Different Luxury Home
Before settling in, the Siriannis were caught in a legal dispute over another high-end property in Moorestown, NJ. Initially, they had agreed to buy a 7,800-square-foot, six-bedroom home on 1.5 acres, complete with a pool and hot tub. However, after signing the contract, they discovered a right of first refusal clause in the deed, allowing the previous owner’s family to match any future sale offer.
Feeling blindsided, they backed out of the deal—but the seller, listed under 771 Allison Court LLC, sued them for breach of contract in April 2021, demanding damages for walking away.
Winning the Fight in Court
After a two-year legal battle, a Superior Court judge ruled in Sirianni’s favor in March 2023, ordering the return of their $100,000 deposit and additional costs. However, they were not awarded legal fees.
"This wasn’t about the money—it was about the principle," said their attorney, Lance Rogers. "They felt so wronged that they needed to take a stand."
Now settled in their Haddonfield dream home, Sirianni can focus on his biggest challenge yet—leading the Eagles to Super Bowl LIX.
